THANK YOU for featuring my Roasted Balsamic Golden Beets! My grown daughters and husband love roasted beets (I do them with red ones too ~ and regular Balsamic vinegar) ~ but since none of my grandkids like them, I'll always bring over a container of beets when I go over there. I keep a covered glass bowl in our fridge for my hubby. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
