47 Sunflower Varieties & Counting......
Every year, during the most dreary days I post my annual cheery sunflower post. This is the 14th year of growing and documenting my sunflower varietyes. This is a compilation of all the gorgeous sunflower varieties that I have grown over the past 14 years. I'm at a total of 47 different varieties. God never ceases to amaze me with His glorious creation.
Soon I will be planning my 2025 sunflower garden.
Before showing the featured pictures, I want to share with you why sunflowers are my favorite flower. Sunflowers always turn towards the sun - you can literally see them gently turning throughout the day to follow the sun. To be very clear - I am NOT a "sun" worshiper. However, I am a "Son" worshiper: Jesus Christ The Son of God and I strive every day to grow and turn towards Him in every aspect of my life.
