Strawberry Popcorn (Corn Variety)
A few years ago we started growing baby corn in hopes of pickling it for use in stir-fry recipes. Well, we were pleasantly surprised that Baby Corn can also be used as popcorn! (click on link below to see that post):
This year we decided to grow a different kind of popcorn - it's called:
Strawberry Popcorn

I believe this variety gets it's namesake because they have the shape and color of strawberries (see picture below). I haven't yet popped any popcorn from this year's crop but when we do, I will share it with you in a different post.
The color is also perfect for Thanksgiving/Fall decorations but I'd rather save it for eating popcorn.
