ProCut "Dark" Plum Sunflower

This is the ninth year showcasing sunflower varieties grown in my garden.  Today we continue the Sunflower Series of 2019.

I split this sunflower variety into two posts: "Light" Plum and "Dark" Plum (the Light Plum was posted last Friday).  The dark plum (the fruit) is the type of variety that is most commonly found in grocery stores.  Checkout one of my smoothie recipes below (using dark plums).
