A few weeks ago we had a serious ice storm.  There is only one thing that I dread about winter and that's an ice storm.  Usually during an ice storm our electricity goes off for many days but thankfully that did not happen this year.  I also did not hear about any horrible accidents - everyone wisely stayed home.  Anyway, the beauty from this storm could not be ignored - below are the many pictures that I took during the ice storm of 2019.  ENJOY!

The final two pictures show the ice that built up on the inside of my windows (they are original windows from the 1960's - definitely time to replace these windows) (these pictures were taken in January during the deep freeze and not taken during the ice storm).
