HARVEST - Thankful for Sweet Potatoes (with RECIPES)
We have been growing sweet now for twenty years! (click HERE to view a picture of our first crop from twenty years ago). I never ate sweet potatoes as a child but as an adult this tuber has become one of my favorite vegetables. This versatile veggie's flavor is so unique and delicious that it is equal in flavor as a zesty or sweet dish.
