Vincent's Choice Sunflower - Part 1
The name of this sunflower of course refers to the Impressionist artist VanGogh (Vincent was his first name). VanGogh was known for his sunflower paintings but unfortunately he is most well know for the insane removal of his ear.
Every year I feature different sunflower varieties grown in my garden. This year we started with a drought so two of the varieties are not looking well at all. However, I have many beautiful pictures of Vincent's Choice so I split this feature into 3 different parts. The yellow color in this sunflower variety is so enticing.
