    Zucchini bread is the only one on this list that I've heard of before, but I can see how these other desserts would also be a good idea. the cookies look especially appealing. Thanks for the ideas.

    I posted a recipe for zucchini bread on my blog this week, too. Never thought of using it in cookies, might have to give that a try! Right now we have an abundance of cucumbers... got any ideas for those? :)
